I am not in-network with any insurance companies and therefore am considered an out-of-network provider.  Many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, and you may be eligible for a partial or full reimbursement.  Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?


I will provide you with a superbill, which is a receipt required by insurance companies for reimbursement. Please note that a diagnosis code is generally required, which will become a part of your permanent insurance record.


I accept HSA, FSA, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner Club cards.  Payment is due at time of service.

A credit card on file is required for all clients.  Any past due payments will be charged directly to your card.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.   Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full cost of any missed session.
